The Amsterdam Museum is closed due to Coronavirus

The museum remains closed until April 6, 2020

The Amsterdam Museum is closed from Friday, March 13 until Monday, April 6. We follow the guidelines of the national government.

In addition to the main location of the Amsterdam Museum at the Kalverstraat, Museum Willet-Holthuysen and the Amsterdam Museum wing at the Hermitage Amsterdam, as well as the Hermitage itself, will also be closed until April 6.

Due to concerns about the coronavirus, the government has decided to close all public areas in the Netherland where many people gather until April 6. The Amsterdam Museum is responding to this call.
